The KLu open dag of Leeuwarden 1994 would be the last time I would see the KLu Grasshoppers Alouette III flying their show. A special Spanish delegation participated with Mirage F1’s, EAV8B’s, a CN235 and a Ce550. All old RAF, Luftwaffe, USAF and French aircraft types would once again be attending.
The Czech delegation saw a L-39, MiG21, MiG23, Su25 and most interesting a Tu134.
Other remarkable participants were an Italian AMX and A129, French Br1050 Atlantique, Luftwaffe/HEER Mi8 Hip and Portuguese A7 Corsairs.
