So called 'snorrebotjes' - childrens toy used to make noise while spinning around a thread.


Several kind of board game (could be checkers) pieces: round and square lead pieces, normally both sides marked with a cross and coloured either white or black.

Unknown small head which could be attached to something else - most likely a toy.

Early ages, quite heavy weight lead figure.

Many kinds of tinnen/ lead figures can be found dating early 20th century all the way back to the middle ages. Most late figures are made of tin and are detailed. This particular horse had a rider attached by centre pin - remarkable about this finding is the fact that the rider was found on a separate metal detecting day!

Most left horse figures is a late tin model, the two figures (horse with rider and infantry soldier) are early lead models.


So called 'bikkels' used to play the bikkel-game. Mostly played during the 16th - 18th century but believed to be still played early 20th century. Different games existed, mostly throwing 'bikkels' in the air and catching them with the upper hand. Also used by throwing a larger (clay) ball into the air combined with four 'bikkels'.


Post medieval lead petronel (toy gun) dating from the 17th century to late 19th century. It was also a firing toy and would have taken small powder charges. These parts were found on different locations.
